The Compliance Program Enablement team (LC CO PE) supports this mission by translating legal requirements and corporate governance elements into practical and executable activities within the Siemens Compliance Management System. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Compliance Specialist to enable and drive innovative risk management solutions for our organization. Here’s what success looks like in our team. You will be responsible for various processes and/or systems that enable efficient and effective activation of the Compliance Management System. You will lead potentially complex projects to improve the integration and automation of risk mitigating compliance activities within business processes. You will be the hub connecting the operational Compliance and business community with the legal, IT and technical expert communities – bringing together all the right people to ensure effective and sustainable solutions. You will champion the use of data analytics and modern digitalization methods. You will foster the standardization and harmonization of solutions across all Activity Fields of the Compliance Management System. You will drive positive change management by clearly and proactively communicating with relevant audiences. You will be part of the Compliance Export Control Solutions team supporting all areas of Export Control and with a strong focus on product classification. Basic knowledge in Export License requirements for US and EU is a plus. You will drive the definition and support the implementation of master data requirements for export classification. What you need to make real what matters. You have completed your Bachelor's degree, for example, with a focus on business administration, engineering or law and have at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience preferably in Export Control. Alternatively, you have successfully completed three years of professional apprenticeship and have already gained significant relevant long-term experience preferably in Export Control You will apply project management methodologies (e.g., agile/SCRUM), user stories, standards, and procedures to bring structure and guide solution development from design to completion. You can effectively communicate in business fluent English and German (oral and writing), translating complex technical or regulatory topics into simple language that anyone can understand.
