职位描述:
1. This position is responsible for the ongoing design and maintenance of global corporate compliance programs, including without limitation, US and EU sanctions program, FCPA, AML, export control program, and anti-trust and competition law analysis in global markets;
2. Work as a project manager in headquarter office, and coordinate with other legal, compliance and policy colleagues based in US、EU and many other countries, and work closely with our product team, engineers and data science team;
3. Ensure that day-to-day compliance controls and systems are maintained to a high standard, prepared to mitigate risks to the business, and ready for regulatory examinations;
4. Identify red-flag issues to management team, and understand evolving trends and risks and the effectiveness of our compliance systems.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a master/JD degree in US/UK is preferred;
2. Three to five years compliance experience in a reputable international law firm or equivalent position in Internet companies or multi-national corporations. Candidates need to have some knowledge of regulatory and compliance programs in US, EU and other countries;
3. Strong oral and written Chinese and English communication skills;
4. A confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively and proactively exercise good judgment and partner with the business in a fast paced environment.
