Compliance Specialist Position Overview Provide and maintain a compliance framework and strategy comprising Company regulations, processes and tools based on legal provisions, responsible business conduct as well as Company and business structure. As a member of the global DISW Compliance team, support implementation and execution of Compliance policies, processes and tools: Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Implement compliance controls into business processes. Advise/Approval of Compliance requests Monitor the effectiveness of controls Manage issues related to compliance Support Compliance training Responsibilities As a member of the Strategic Operations team, you will be supporting a variety of projects/tasks: • BU/Global Compliance projects/Topics/Tools: • CRB/ERM Preparation • SpoDoM • Business Partner Reporting/Administration/Tool Entry • SFDC (Reseller/Var – Integrity Checks) • TRACI reporting • RIC / CCP (Collaboration with SAG CCP Team) • EZ-X / Vendor change approvals • PE/Minority Investments - activities • Supporting the DISW Compliance Zone Compliance Officers • Tool Administration / Compliance Website – Portal • COA network oversight • Communications: Quarterly Report / Hot Topics / IDI Week • Training Oversight/Planning • Special projects Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelors Degree in Business or related field Organization Knowledge Sharing Self-Motivation Solution / Business Orientation Openness Risk Management Team Orientation and Collaboration Eagerness to learn Communication Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Unites States.
