You will be responsible for various processes and/or systems to also ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Compliance Management System in the future. You will be driving the Compliance Third Party management which also includes the global responsibility for the due diligence process and IT application(s) used for that process. You will lead complex projects to foster the integration and automation of Compliance risk mitigating measures within business processes. You will be the hub connecting the operational Compliance and business community with the legal, IT and technical expert communities – bringing together all the right people to ensure effective and sustainable solutions. You will champion the use of data analytics and modern digitalization methods. You will foster the standardization and harmonization of solutions in all areas of the Compliance Management System. You will drive positive change management by clearly and proactively communicating with relevant audiences. What you need to make real what matters. You have completed your Bachelor's degree, for example, with a focus on business administration, business informatics, engineering or law and have at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience Alternatively, you have successfully completed a professional apprenticeship in an international company and already gained long-term practical experience on the job in the above areas You will apply project management methodologies (e.g., agile/SCRUM), user stories, standards, and procedures to bring structure and guide solution development from design to completion You can effectively communicate in business fluent English (oral and writing), translating complex technical or regulatory topics into simple language that anyone can understand.
