Esto es lo que harás: Generar y coordinar las compras nacionales e internacionales con el fin de abastecer las necesidades de la empresa. Job Responsibilities Responsable del proceso completo de compra, proporcionar toda la información técnica al proveedor, emitir la orden de compra y asegurar la entrega a tiempo por parte de éste. Mantener actualizada la informacion en QAD: fechas hasta el estado Carga lista (EXW o FWD) y primer ingreso de factura. Mantener actualizada la información en el archivo de seguimiento de ordenes de compra. Mantener informado al cliente interno / planificador sobre cualquier cambio de fecha en la llegada aurotizado por supervisor de compras sobre siete días corridos. Responsable del envío de documentos de embarque: factura, packing list, Certificado de origen y Certificado de calidad (según corresponda). Tramitacíon de Garantias y Reclamos con proveedores.
