1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: conducting scientific research including applying for national- and provincial-level research projects, publishing at least 2 papers and filing at least 1 patent application on a yearly basis; supervising or assisting in supervising 2 graduate students; participating in the development of the computer science program and providing services to the development of the program and the discipline.
3) Discipline construction: participating in the development of the software engineering teaching and research program.
4) Public management & service: providing public services according to the requirements and the arrangement of the faculty and the department.
