 Native English speakers or those who have obtained their Bachelor’s Degree or above in an English-speaking country.
 Possess bachelor's or master's degree in related majors. Master's degree and recognized teacher's certificate holders will be preferred.
 For English subject teachers, English teaching diploma or certificate, such as Trinity, DELTA , CELTA or TESOL, is required.
 Possess over five years' teaching experience in A-level、DSE or equivalent international curriculums; For those with a master's degree in education related majors, the minimum requirement for teaching experience is two years;
 The ability to contribute to integrated teaching across the curriculum.
 An understanding of UK/western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students.
 Direct experience of further and higher education in an international context.
 Clean criminal background.
