Job Responsibilities:

• Provide On-site technical support
• Responsible for hardware/software problem troubleshooting
• Handle network printer setup & PC cloning

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year working experience in IT field
• Experience in PC software & hardware supports with trouble shooting
• Experience in Microsoft Office support
• HK Permanent Resident is required
