Job Description

Builds machinelearning based products/solutions which provide descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive models based on data. Uses or develops machinelearning algorithms such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, Bayesian analysis, and/or others to solve applied problems in various disciplines such as data analytics, computer vision, and robotics. Interacts with users to define requirements for breakthrough product/solutions. In either research environments or specific product environments, utilizes current programming methodologies to translate machine learning models and dataprocessing methods into software. Completes programming, testing, debugging, documentation and/or deployment of libraries.


Qualifications

Needed Capabilities
- MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering in the field of image processing, computer vision, ML - or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in algorithm design in image processing, video processing or computer vision.
- Experience and knowledge with AI/ML in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch or other ML frameworks)

Additional capabilities - to stand out in the crowd
- Strong knowledge of modern AI-based Computer Vision and Computational Photography techniques - inference, regression, detection, segmentation, etc.
- Experience with using and training networks for common Computer Vision and Computational Photography workloads.
- Knowledge and experience with classical CV and Image Processing tools.
- Experience/understanding with software development - C/C++ and Python.
- Understanding of VLSI architecture (esp. to implement algorithms) - logic, system, SoC, SW/HW interface.

Work Model for this Role
