With us, you accompany dual students from the first day of their studies until graduation. In addition to conveying technical content, personal support for young talents is also important to us. As a trainer in the field of IT, you will teach our dual students in the fields of computer science, business informatics and IT management as well as apprentices for IT You are responsible for planning, preparation, and communication of learning content, and monitor the learning progress You teach our students action skills (e.g.: presentation techniques, project management) and soft skills (e.g.: communication skills, conflict management or self-organization). You are also responsible for a regular assessment of these competencies. You take on administrative and organizational activities (e.g. data maintenance in our training tool but also appointment coordination) You continuously deal with new technologies (e.g. IoT, cloud computing or low coding) and teaching/learning methods in the field of competence and project-oriented training as well as in the virtual work environment. You evaluate, design, and implement interdisciplinary and cross-professional topics and projects (e.g. web applications with database connections) You connect with the universities of our students Your profile for "Making the future possible." You have completed a bachelor's degree in computer science or business informatics and have already gained your first professional experience in this field. Alternatively, you hold a master's degree in computer science or business informatics You have theoretical knowledge in software development, application management and the customer-oriented design of complex software solutions. Practical experiences are welcome but not a must-have You have in-depth knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming (C, C++ and C#), software development methodology and UML Desirable is theoretical or practical knowledge in system programming, network programming, databases and web programming Knowledge of vocational training and further education is a plus, but can also be acquired with us You approach digitization issues (such as the use of IT tools to support or automate training processes) with motivation and determination You are motivated to work in a dynamic team with committed colleagues. You also enjoy training young people and young adults Classes are in German, so fluent German language skills are essential; additional languages are an advantage What we offer.
