Concierge

• Experiences are everything, and here at the Fairmont Copley Plaza we turn moments into memories daily! As a Concierge, you will take care of the guests by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us, with locally inspired events and experiences.

• Greet, and respond to requests, and provide recomendations while providing exceptional guest service
• Take initiative to add a personal experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with concierge services a plus
• Strong knowledge of the back bay neighborhood and Boston
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  
  Your team and working environment:
• Reporting to the Rooms Management team, this role is collaborative, fast paced, and a great fit for someone looking for an engaging team environment.
