As a Concierge, you are often the first point of contact for our guests. You are the welcoming face of the Pullman Hotel and brand, with your presence and professionalism standing you out from the crowd.

We are looking for personalities who are Guest focused, will go miles for smiles and like to keep on their toes.

What does a Concierge’s role entail?

• Initiating contact with Guests entering and departing the hotel.
• Welcoming our Guests and carrying luggage.
• Ensuring the entrance of the hotel is kept clear, clean and tidy, always in a presentable state.
• Accommodating Guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Parking and retrieving Guest’s cars; escorting Guests to their rooms.
• Explaining the facilities of the Hotel.
• Providing tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations as required.

What are we looking for? 

• Experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Demonstrated ability to ‘surprise’ our guests.
• Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
• Sound knowledge of the local area, showcased with confident abilities in recommending experiences as required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.
• Unlimited work rights in Australia.
