Concierge
From a warm arrival welcome to a fond farewell, as Concierge, you will take care of our guests as soon as they make a reservation or step foot into our hotel lobby, ensuring a lasting impression for all visitors.

What you will be doing:
- Greet, assist with check-in process, respond to guest requests via phone, email or in person, while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience to enhance their stay and build guest loyalty
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities as well as dining and activity recommendations
- Assist with guest luggage
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction with proper follow up and documentation
- Assist with other tasks as required and where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Concierge or Guest Relations experience an asset
- Knowledge of the city
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system an asset
- Service focused personality is essential
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision
Physical abilities:
- Exert physical effort in transporting over 50 pounds
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- Reach 1-2 feet
- Remain in stationary position (standing) for 6-8 hours throughout work shift
- Walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, use of ramps and stairs
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents.
