Responsibilities:
* Responsible to assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all reception related matters
* Maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times
* Provide guests with general information regarding banquets, meetings, rates, functions of the day and the restaurant hours of operation
* Ensure complete knowledge of scheduled hotel’s activities, names and locations of functions/events
* Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operations, hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance

Requirements:
* At least 1 year relevant experience, working at a luxury hotel being an advantage
* High school diploma or above
* Possess excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
