Purpose of Role

Responsible for providing hotel facilities information to guests and visitors, as well as the many various bars, restaurants, places of interest in and around Taipei. To assist guest by booking the best reservations/registrations for tours, restaurants and etc. Deliver Whatever/Whenever experience to our guests, prior, during and after their stay. Assist with check-in when Welcome is busy and guests are waiting.

Responsibly Description


  • Answer questions regarding and/or making arrangements for dining,
entertainment sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty
services, child care, transportation, religious worship, cultural activities,
shopping, floral services, and any other services/events.
  • Keep accurate records of all arrangements/note any special
preferences in FCS guest tracking system the guest may have.
  • Answer questions about hotel facilities, meeting rooms, or events held
in these venues.
  • Liaise with the Airport Team, Welcome Ambassadors, W Insider, and
Welcome Desk Manager to ensure a unique W Taipei Welcome for
guests who booked transportation.
  • Be prepared for unusual Whatever/Whenever requests.
  • Be extremely efficient in using GoConcierge for feedback on guest
requests.
  • Be able to accurately operate Newspaper Direct and be aware of the
list of available newspapers.
  • Be knowledgeable and able to operate PRINTME system in the
absence of Wired Talent.
  • Know everything there is to know about the city and be able to offer
guests reliable and personalised suggestions about their request.
  • Be sufficient in OPERA to perform basic tasks for daily functions.
