Reporting to the Chief Concierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

What you will be doing?

 

• Creating a wonderful and memorable experience for our guests
• Assisting guests with travel and tours arrangements
• Acquiring extensive knowledge of the hotel facilities, nearby attractions and restaurants to make the most suitable recommendations

 

Your experience and skills include:

 

• Proficient in the English; bilingual is an asset
• 1 year previous experience as a Hotel Concierge in a luxury hotel desirable
• Excellent knowledge of surrounding area an asset
