Accor Hospitality Services delivers our world class hotel offerings & un-rivalled services levels in enviroments not confined by the walls of a hotel.  We are revolutionary in our thinking and we are revolutionising the meaning of hospitality.  We are searching for our next Revoltionist to join our Hospitality Services team in the postion of Concierge Executive based at our Wesley Place Precinct, Melbourne.  Reporting to the precinct Head Concierge you will be responsible for curating outstanding experiences for tenants, visitors & stakeholders alike.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the welcoming & greeting of all tenants & visitors assisting with any enquiries they may have;
• Manage telephones, email accounts & tenant customer requests promptly and with our heartist approach;
• Deliver concierge related activities such as restaurant bookings, VIP meet & greets, organise transport & hotel bookings alongside other such services.

What we need from you:

• Strong passion for people and curating experiences for others;
• Experience in delivering genuine hospitality from the heart;
• Experience in computer use with associated computer tools.
