Concierge/Part-Time
What you will be doing:

Using your excellent communication and personable skills to assist all guests with their inquiries regarding travel, tourist attractions info, hotel information, resatuarants, directions, dinner/theatre reservations, etc. providing the highest level of service and assisting the Front Desk team with special requests.

As the first and sometimes last interactions the guest experiences at the hotel, you will assist in wraping up a succesful and memorable experience for every guest encountered.

Manage calls, field questions and respond to guests thoughtfully and independently. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each guest.

Collaborate with your team and assist where needed; this role may call for you to wear “many hats”, with direct guest interaction, as well as maintaining your work area, as well as handling packages for the hotel, and numerous other assigned tasks, and so on

Other Responsibilities include preparing for and welcoming VIP’s, ensuring a welcoming lobby atmosphere is provided and taking care of special requests. Exemplary knowledge of the city in all aspects is necessary.
