Concierge/Part-Time

What you will be doing:

  • Using your excellent communication and personable skills to assist all guests with their inquiries regarding travel, tourist attractions info, hotel information, resatuarants, directions, dinner/theatre reservations, etc. providing the highest level of service and assisting the Front Desk team with special requests.

  • As the first and sometimes last interactions the guest experiences at the hotel, you will assist in wraping up a succesful and memorable experience for every guest encountered. 

  • Manage calls, field questions and respond to guests thoughtfully and independently. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each guest.

  • Collaborate with your team and assist where needed; this role may call for you to wear “many hats”, with direct guest interaction, as well as maintaining your work area, as well as handling packages for the hotel, and numerous other assigned tasks, and so on

  • Other Responsibilities include preparing for and welcoming VIP’s, ensuring a welcoming lobby atmosphere is provided and taking care of special requests. Exemplary knowledge of the city in all aspects is necessary.  

  

Your experience and skills include:

 

  • Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience for all.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills. An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.

  • An ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members

  • A positive, can-do, team player attitude. A strong desire to support and assist your department and other hotel colleagues, and help them navigate and overcome roadblocks and obstacles.
