Job Duties:

• Advise attractions, excellent restaurants, entertainment and recreation choices to members

• Provide exceptional concierge service to members and ensure the service standard is being met

• Promote company culture and value to members

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above (fresh grad welcome)
• At least 1 year experience in Tourism / Hotel / Food & Beverage / Events fields
  
• Excellent English is a must
• Passionate, cheerful, energetic and customer-oriented personality
• Strong passion in concierge/guest service
