Job Descriptions

• Handle all guest inquiries and provide assistance whenever possible and build relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty
• Ensure guest recovery exceeds guests' expectations
• Assist the Concierge Supervisor conduct essential training
• Ensure hand over shift by shift are seamless and accurate
• Moniter discipline, grooming and performance of all staff within the section

Job Requirements

• 3 years relevant working experience, candidate with supervisory experiences is preferred
• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality 

**Candiates with less experiences will be considered as Concierge
