Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To perform customer services duties at concierge desk and provide assistance to Bell Captain in luggage and related matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year's relevant customer services working experience
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
