Job Description
  • Ensures personally the direct contact to the guest at the Concierge Desk.
  • Maintain a professional & friendly manner to communicate with the guests at all time.
  • Respond appropriately to guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide guest assistance with florists, couriers, mail services, international calls, etc.
  • Ensure that all recommendations to Guest given are in line with the standards established
  • Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
  • Ensure that each guest receives his luggage in room as soon as it is possible.
  • Ensure that the luggage for the guests who check out are sent to the lobby quickly once the guest has called.
  • Take note of all the information, questions, different problems and situations from guests to share & discuss with the team.
  • Ensure that the trolleys & concierge area are clean and shining at any time


Work Experience
  • Good English is a must
  • Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill
  • At least 1-2 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels
  • Knowledge of Opera system
