- Ensures personally the direct contact to the guest at the Concierge Desk.
- Maintain a professional & friendly manner to communicate with the guests at all time.
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide guest assistance with florists, couriers, mail services, international calls, etc.
- Ensure that all recommendations to Guest given are in line with the standards established
- Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
- Ensure that each guest receives his luggage in room as soon as it is possible.
- Ensure that the luggage for the guests who check out are sent to the lobby quickly once the guest has called.
- Take note of all the information, questions, different problems and situations from guests to share & discuss with the team.
- Ensure that the trolleys & concierge area are clean and shining at any time
Work Experience
- Good English is a must
- Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill
- At least 1-2 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels
- Knowledge of Opera system
