The Role
After going through an exciting multi-million dollar rooms renovation over the past 12 months, we are now looking for a motivated Front Office professional, who will be part of the continuing growth of our brand-new property.
A day in the life of our Concierge Team Leader includes:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel – you are the face of Manly Pacific!
- Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome
- Supervise, train and develop the Concierge Team
- Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences with your warm personality & sharing your hotel and local knowledge
- Surprising & delighting our guests and ensuring one of the most unforgettable stays
- A can-do attitude as you turn enquiries into proactive opportunities
- Developing the team to create an extraordinary atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests
- Regular checks of the lobby and public areas ensuring they remain clean and presentable at all times
- Implement training programs fo all team members, conduct inductions and skills training
What we are looking for
- A natural ability to authentically connect with people
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
- Previous experience with Front Office systems required (Opera favourable)
