This exciting role offers opportunity to: Collect and review employee expense claims in SAP Concur system to ensure all expense claims have been substantiated by supporting documents and approved according to approval matrix. Communicate with internal employees to expense problems and give response to employee regarding travel and expense questions. Monitor and ensure all expenses posted timely and accurately, book expense under correct account and cost center. Collaborate with CTS to ensure all expenses paid timely and accurately. Collaborate with CTS to reconcile through Concur, SAP and expense claim report. Perform T&E analysis and prepare the monthly report within the deadline. Train employees to the latest company travel and expense policies. Take lead to optimize/smooth T&E process and improve employee satisfaction. Check domestic air tickets blue bills and prepare payment applications. Monthly journal voucher filling. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects Above 1-year work experience with basic financial knowledge Proficient in MS office and accounting software Good written English and communication skill High sense of responsibilities Ability to keep deadlines Independently work towards fulfilling targets and realize agreed business benefit Yes!
