What will you do

• Supervise function room set up and service to ensure client needs are met according to the event order
• Actively lead, train and mentor the team
• Manage budgets including payroll costs
• Ensure communication between Sales, F&B and Kitchen teams is seamless for the smooth implementation of events
• Stock control and ordering

What you need to be successful

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to manage priorities
• Ability to lead a team to success through a caring and coaching approach
• Excellent knowledge and practise of food hygiene standards
• Exceptional guest service
