Conference & Events Sales Co-ordinator

What you will be doing:

• Organising C&E activity from confirmation to post events follow up 
• Co-ordinate & produce C&E collateral material 
• Building relationships & conducting site inspections
• Liaise & communiate with stakeholders
• Conduct weekly event order meetings
• Support the C&E Executive  
• Attend BEO meetings

• Ideally you will have knowledge of F&B operations 
• Ability to work & thrive in a fast paced team environment 
• Deatiled orientated problem solver
• Strong administration, communication & interpersonal skills
• OPERA & Delphi expereince will be desirable
• Guest centric
