CONFERENCE SERVICES COORDINATOR

Support a team of Conference Services professionals in showcasing the Grand Dame of Seattle, the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.  Using your passion in hospitaly, join our team in welcoming the world travelers into our newly refreshed hotel!

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the Conference Services team with sites and contracts
• Communicating constantly with operational departments and vendors on events
• Fielding calls and questions from prospective bookings
• Offer administrative support with all aspects of Conference Services
