Our client is a high technology based FMCG brand which is newly set up in China market.

Stay close to leadership team ensure decisions are done in the long term best interest of company and value maximising.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top level to develop and implement financial strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and business objectives.

Direct the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the orgnisation's short and long term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

Lead daily finance operations, such as, Accounting, consolidations，FP&A…

Direct the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, management reports, etc.

Review business process and policies and procedures regularly to identify internal control weakness and implement internal control action.

University degree or above in Finance and Accounting.

8 years or above finance related working experience in FMCG, Retail or E-commerce related business.

Had start up experience with entrepreneurship is preferred.

Fluent English and Chinese.

This role will be finance head report to Chairman directly, fully engaged in the IPO process the future.
