Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能: ·

Define, document and maintain configuration and change management processes(PM level)定义,记录和维护构型和更改管理流程（项目级） ·

Coorordination with customer on configuration and change management,including impact (schedule and cost) and change cost tracking 与客户进行构型和更改管理协调，包括影响（进度和费用）及更改费用的跟踪。 ·

Setting up change impact assessment internally and externally via CCB meeting, managing related coordinationrecord通过组织CCB会议进行内/外部的更改影响分析，管理相关协调记录 ·

Managing ECR/ECP, tracking the implementation of changes, providing change implementation status report管理ECR/ECP，跟踪更改实施状态,提供更改实施状态报告 ·

supporting on engineering changes price negotiation (both ENG and MFG)对工程更改价格谈判给予支持（包括工程和制造） ·

other duties may be assigned 其它指派的工作

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or equivalent combination of education/工程相关学士学位，或同等教育背景

5 years experience in aviation industry or equivalent / 在航空或相关领域有五年的工作经验 ·

Designer /manufacturing engineering/Industrial Engineering /qualityor Configuration Engineering background./ 设计/制造工程/工业工程/质量或构型工程师背景 ·

Familiar with ISO Quality System and AS9100 / 了解ISO质量系统和AS9100标准 ·

Good at speaking and written English / 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力 ·

high skilled in computer, including Project, EXCEL ,PPT etc/具有熟练计算机应用技能，包括project，EXCEL，PPT等

At least 1 year of experience in configuration management activity / 至少一年构型管理活动经验 ·

Basic knowledge of configuration management in Aviation/Avionics preferred / 具备航空/航电构型管理基本知识优先
