Join us in the Sales Team as Congress Executive where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of the Sales Action Strategy & Account plans to secure and increase regional (Northern Europe), and global business.
Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:
Account Management & Project Management
- Support the implementation of the teams SEAC strategy to secure and increase Revenue and Sales Activity with the teams handling of “Associations & Congress” as well as qualify unmanaged SEAC Accounts to expand the new customer business.
Enquiry handling
- Handling and managing enquires related to the core SEAC portfolio- with focus on congress & associations.
- Handling all administration, negotiations with clients and hotels, utilising Anais as per requirements of Accor's processes.
- Negotiation of rates & T&Cs
- Handling account enquiries
Sales actions
- Pro active and reactive ME work
- Implementation, coordination and controlling of Sales Action plans: promotional networking events, Online MICE Talks, MICE Roadshows, Educational Tours, industry networking, tradeshow (incl. Hosted Buyer programs) as well as internal & external workshops
Cross segment
- Support & exchange with M&E, Corporate, Bew business team & Hotel relations, Distribution & Sales efficiency to have a common, channeled and strategic client animation of MICE-Agencies, Corporate Meeting Planner and MICE platforms
Support exchanges with Hotels
- Active support & participation at Accor Place Meetings or internal Accor Workshops with Sales/OPS and other departments to increase quality of RfP processes, client management etc.
ALL Meeting Planner Program
- Recruit members (incl. Support, Registration, Promotion), Educate & support Hotels
Care of clients relationships, the Data´s, within Sales Systems & KPI´s
- Use sales efficiency tools such Anais
- Built and increase strong relationships with existing portfolio & new clients
Your profile? A results orientated, analytical sales superstar! You will come with a solid foundation in Hotels and Tourism and be fluent in BOTH English and German.
You will be persuasive and be able to build relationships amongst internal and external stakeholders almost instantly!
