Job Overview
The Connected Services Group at Daimler Trucks North America delivers values to our customers through connected vehicle products and services.
This intern position will be working with the device management team to build out and contribute to the connected device field support landscape of the future. This individual will collaborate with local and global groups that bring connected vehicle strategies to reality. The candidate will be able to use their skills and creativity to help create our connected device field support strategy as well as build out the robust processes and procedures to support that strategy. This is an exciting and dynamic area to be working in. A high performing driven individual would be an ideal candidate for this position.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal device management team as well as business partners to create the ideal field support strategy and experience. Identify processes and procedures to support the strategy for the identified customer profiles.
• Gather all connected vehicle data insights and establish the requirements for each customer profile.
• Analyze connected vehicle device operations that support overall device health. Identify patterns and areas of opportunity within procedures. Recommend baselines driven from your research that support all profiles.
• Collaborate with internal groups to gather voice of the customer to establish desired requirements to support Detroit Connect services in the field.
