Job Overview
The Digital Vehicle Solutions Group at Daimler Trucks North America delivers value to our customers through connected vehicle products and services under the Detroit Connect product portfolio. We are the Software Engineering Team that develops and owns data streaming and analytics applications that utilizes data from connected vehicles all the way through to our customer portals.
We bundle our competences and technologies globally. We use agile development methods and tools to learn quickly. We are customer-oriented and design our products to the highest standards. We develop reliable, safe and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead an Agile Development Team responsible for the next generation of Connected Vehicle Services
- Hands-on development of applications to support the product portfolio
- Own end to end product development including front-end, back end and IoT software development
- Support an agile team with technical direction
- Own software quality including testing direction and release cycle
- Analyze business needs and document system requirements for the team as part of the Scaled Agile Framework
