Job Descriptions:

• Review Capital Expenditure Request form to ensure required info is documented before submitting for approval;

• Assist in the monitoring on overall Property CAPEX spend;

• Preparation of construction accrual, accounts reconciliation and other routine costs reports and general ledger entries;

• Update weekly and monthly management costs reports for review: assist in tracking the budget, actual cost & committed amount of all projects;

• Assist in maintaining payment files and invoice files.

• Development reports from massive financial data for daily operation enhancement

Job Requirements:

* Two years working experiences desirable

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business information system

* Good command of written and conversational English and Chinese

* Must be willing to work on overtime after normal office hours, weekends and holidays whenever required.
