Professional Qualifications:

• To ensure all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time for the project including negotiating with the landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities 
• To evaluate the technical feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing restaurants
• To coordinate and monitor all restaurant development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines and within budget
• To manage the consultants and contractors and provide regular feedback on their performance
• To prepare the cost estimates, monitor the approved budget and exercise all cost control measures

Skills:

• Well-versed in handling FEHD licensing application procedure
• Possess 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience
• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Building or Construction Management preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AUTOCAD
