1。协助施工经理完成家居项目。支持多个项目，客户期限和可交付成果。

• 协助开发新的家居原型概念，包括为项目元素和/或定制特性的设计和细节提供输入。
• 参与更长的团队项目，包括但不限于公平项目、营销活动和ABC培训项目

资格

1.设计及相关专业学士学位。

2.1-3年施工设计及项目管理经验

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CONSTRUCTION DESIGN & PROJECT 80%

• 
  Assist construction manager with Home Store projects. Support multiple projects, client deadlines and deliverables.

• Keep all AutoCAD drawings in a standard format to ensure consistency and readability by the Interior Design department and current/prospective Home Store owners.
  

  
  

• In charge of technical on site checking to evaluate location, double check customer flow and with general fa？ade design direction on site.

• Design the construction structure, stair location, lifestyles divided and any other areas to have a better alignment with merchandising plan following Ashley construction guideline.
• Design the slot plan cording to merchandising guideline in the peak time.
• Set up the concept report and as the project leader to in charge of the concept drawing handover successfully to internal function ( interior designer & VM and sourcing ) and external function ( AM & Licensee owner, landlord if needed)
• Fully follow up the project time line and keep monitor the construction quality is meet branding level by weekly photo and construction status checking.

• In charge of any problem solvency proposal and closed updating related drawing as documentation.

• On site construction quality checking and quarterly project evaluation & development.

• Take part in the set up together with interior & VM designer and run a report as summary and improvement.

• Assistant on any construction guideline set up and new material selection.

• Participate in ad hoc activities as requested.

• As the core person to run any new opening with TQM implementation.

• Assistant to delivery constructive feedback to lower down the new store building capex input which a well balance for concept higher end.

• Play a leading role in problem solving with supplier's team when critical problems happened.

Project Management & Team work 20 %

• 
  Prepare and update Construction Guideline & SOP documents during Design Development phases.

• Actively participate in department meetings, training and continuing education.

• Assist and work with developing new prototype Home Store Concepts which includes providing input into the detailing of project elements and/or design and detailing of custom features.

• Involve longer team project including but not limited in fair project, marketing events and ABC Training project

  
  QUALIFICATION
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Related.

• 1-3 years’ experience in construction design and project management

• Demonstrate a strong flair for style and design techniques
