*This is a temporary position for 36 months

As a Construction Environmental Health Safety Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Recognize, evaluate, and control of environmental factors or stresses arising in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health, or injury among the employees and/or citizens of the community.
  • Coordinate the monitoring of workplace environments and acts as a liaison to appropriate regulatory agencies.
  • Respond to customer requests or events as they occur.
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have one of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or other related Safety or Environmental Engineering major with 6+ years of experience in construction safety.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction EHS and holds a recognized safety professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) in lieu of a degree.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess sound engineering principles and technical problem solving.
  • Knowledge of: Construction regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Office tools (Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint).
