Job Description:

Contracting for projects with dealers, GCs, landlord and etc.
Stamping stamps on drawings,/signing of different files
Orders and checks of maintenance, redesigns, closings, temp stores and etc.
Data update monthly for store list with suppliers info, accrual list for fixed assets, maintenance budget;
Layout alignment provide layouts to different departments for assets counting, vm data and etc.


Job Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English
Good communication/ planning/ organization/ archiving skills;
Familiar with office software;
Experiences in ERP/EBP system is a plus
Self management and positive;
Min 3 months, ideally 2~3 days per week
