Essential Responsibility

? Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.

? Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.

? Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as Construction standards as assigned.

? Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving field construction issues

? Help to resolve discrepancies and clarifications with Architects/Engineers, owners, and contractors

? Assist with Owner, Architect, and Engineer Punch List, including set-up and tracking completion of listed items including Owner signoff.

Preferred Responsibility

• Perform Construction related inspections and punch lists / defect lists remediation follow up.
• Report progress and help collect deliverables.
• Proper scheduling and quality improvement systems
• Assist for the permitting and building inspection process through the local jurisdiction(s)
• Assist the Operation team for the Club Med Green System appliance.

Qualifications:

? Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Construction Management

? Strong academic record

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

? Computer skills in MS Office applications

? Ability/Desire to work in a team environment
