Construction Management Field “Business Development” Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern that would like to work at an international company in Shanghai.

Bureau Veritas provide Project Management and/or technical services (e.g. design review; bidding assistance; construction management & monitoring; QA/QC during construction; HSE plan review & site audit; indoor air quality testing, fire safety & electrical systems safety audits).
In China, we are more than 7,500 employees in 35 offices and laboratories.

Job Description:
You will be working at the International Business Unit as Business Development (BD).
Together with your other international colleagues you will be screening the market for big foreign companies that have plans to expand into China. By way of telemarketing, visiting networking events and giving presentations you will try to reach our target group.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Support BD team with new strategic marketing, research, networking etc.
2. Writing email introductions about company's division to prospective clients
3. Using marketing skills to make proposals and presentations more attractive
4. Making follow up calls for meeting requests
5. Attend networking events, meetings
Qualifications
1. Engineering degree preferred
2. Fluent English with other language skills, preferred French, German or Spanish
3. Enthusiastic, hard working, strategic thinker
4. Excellent communication and PPT skills
5. Highly professional, well dressed, ethical, etc.
6. Self-motivated; independent and ability to take initiative
7. 6 months commitment
