Job Description

  • Response for project construction safety management, ensure there is no recordable injury and above incident from project construction.

  • Lead Engineering project site construction management, coordinate project construction related stakeholders like local authorities, contractors, suppliers and design institute to ensure project construction implementation smoothly, ensure project construction delivery within targeted schedule & Progress, construction quality, technical clarification, and construction related budget.

  • Also response for engineering project mechanical and process piping engineering coordination, construction supervision and commissioning supporting, ensure the success in Mechanical Completion till final hand over to operation.

Qualifications

  • Project Construction Safety Management: Response for project construction safety management, manage construction site EHS implement and ensure the compliance in project execution with well documentation. Result: ensure there is no recordable injury and above incident from project construction.

  • Project construction Schedule & progress management: Prepare project construction schedule by following project overall schedule, arrange related resource and equipment & tools, coordinate related project construction stakeholders to implement project construction works. Result: (Project construction MC in accordance with project plan without delay, well compliance with statutory & company requirements)

  • Project construction Quality management: Prepare project construction quality plan by following project overall plan, arrange related resource and equipment & tools, coordinate related project construction stakeholders to manage and monitor project construction quality. Result: (Project construction quality in accordance with project plan without quality incident,  well compliance with statutory & company quality requirements)

  • Process design development & Optimization: development & Optimization processes and relevant design work accordingly, strategy of control, installations, products and/or equipment in production, at times based on results of development projects, as well as advice at request or on own initiative on new business cases based on process modifications and/or modification of the existing operation. Result: (Development of (eco)efficient, effective and reliable production processes and design work)

  • Project Change management: Control project change management, ensure the design works are well implemented in construction site, coordinate the necessary changes with proper approval process, and control project construction budget. Result: (Project construction changes managed by following change procedure, project construction cost within budget.)

Additional Information

  • 5 years above experience on project engineering & construction management, 10 years and above in chemical or light industrial mechanical engineering.

  • Solid engineering project management experiences, have good EHS knowledge and engineering design & construction coordination experience.

  • Be familiar in project construction management, especially in construction site management between all local authorities, contractors, suppliers and design institute in project schedule & Progress, safety, construction quality, and technical clarification management.

  • Accountable,pre-active, be good in communication & coordination.

  • Familiar with PID drawings, process equipment selection, process piping engineering and construction.

  • Fluent in English listening, reading and written.

Functional skills:  Good coordination and communication skill with project stakeholders, especially with local authorities and contractors.
