• Clients: A Well-known Property Developer
• Position: Construction Manager – Property Developer
• Responsibilities:
• Supervise the implementation of construction planning, programme and workmanship
• Work closely with project management team to ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time
• Lead the construction team and monitor the contractors and construction activities to comply with company requirement and standard, including implementation of safety and control measures
• Salary: $55-65K+, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• MCIOB / MHKICM or related professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in HK large-scale residential construction projects, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position
• Conversant with local government regulations
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
