A leading Developer is currently seeking a Construction Manager in their Construction and Project teamto expand and grow their business in Hong Kong.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil/Building, Engineering or Architecture
• 10+ years’ experience in project management for Fitting Out projects for Commercial to Mixed use Shopping malls in Hong Kong or China
• You are responsible with design, tendering, fit-out, estimation, claims submissions, quotations and preparation of interim payments and delivery of the finished project to the Operations Department
• The candidate should be familiar licensing processes from relevant government parties and all aspects of site inspections.
• Attend site meetings and prepare site reports in respect of the progress, quality, safety of the project and coordinate with handover standards
• Those fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese will be highly preferred
