The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the project team and will be responsible for the followings and possess the following skills. - Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents.) - Develop programing for new spaces and building requirements with internal customers and work proactively with development team to deliver the project. - Working knowledge of contract with general contractors, architects and engineers. - Develop RFPs for proposed scope of work. - Develop a basis of design for future facility projects. - Develop project scope requirements. - Develop detailed project costs and schedule. - Design layouts with alternative options compiled, option development. - Competitive bidding and vender capability analysis. - Develop POs, review contracts and manage construction. - Providing timely and accurate project reporting to management. - Manage, train and supervise project team according to Company policy. - Project close out. - Customer move in, obtain final buy off customer - Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Ability to create and support team morale.

Bachelors in Architecture or BE in civil engineering Diploma in Civil/Architecture engineering.

Requires 10+ year of experience

Manager must demonstrate knowledge in civil engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personal management.

Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

He or She should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

This career requires analytical and Mathematica skills, quick thinking and a sild understanding of the main principles of engineering construction and architecture A successful project manager should also seek out available professional development and continuing education opportunities.
