Job Description
东莞市

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for construction management of the project under the leading of project director

Ensure that the construction and the completion of the project fully comply with the company's requirements and to make project plan including schedule, quality and HSE plan

Revise project estimates, and review overall schedule to ensure viability and availability of resources to support an up-to-date master schedule

Partner with finance, property and construction site team to establish the plan and document, monitor capital cost estimates

To organize and develop construction execution plan, include construction target, task, principle, procedure, standard and method etc

Perform supplier management and their qualification, evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors globally on regular performance

To organize field investigation and develop the preliminary construction organization planning and important construction scheme

Coordinate and evaluate site survey reports, including project feasibility, facility availability and technical conditions

Manage the project to the schedule with the key driver being no impact to customers’ orders whilst meeting the timeline

Monitoring the project cost and expense compared with the budget

Ensure safety during the whole construction project


Requirement:

Bachelor degree, major in Construction or Engineering

More than 8 years working experience, at least 5 years construction project management experience

MNC experience

Plant transfer, New plant establish experience is a plus

Excellent leadership, management and communication skill

Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required

Fluent in English
