Accountabilities:

• To coordinate and monitor all restaurant development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines and within budget
• To coordinate and handle all tender and project admiration documents
• To coordinate the consultants and contractors and provide regular feedback on their performance
• To assist and prepare the technical feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing restaurants
• To handle all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time for the project including negotiating with the landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities

Applicants should:

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge in handling FEHD licensing application procedure
• Possess 3 years’ relevant experience in project management or E&M design
• Interpersonal, presentation, communication and MS Office/Project skills
