UNICEF China has a large quantity of supporters. To keep a healthy retention rate, we used a process called 'line & circle 1.0' to maintain the supporter loyalty. In recent years, the retention rate has gradually been dropping, and we aim to mitigate this by enhancing the process - i.e. upgrade it to 'line & circle 3.0' At the same time, there are still opportunities to maximize the support from existing supporters.

We are looking for a consultant to help refresh/revamp the existing 'line & circle 1.0' for supporters' retention, as well as identify possible opportunities to maximize support from existing supporters. This is a consultancy assignment for 11.5 months from 15 Jul 2019 to 30 June 2020. The tasks include the development and execution of a revamped 'line & circle 3.0'process, a second upgrade campaign, cross-selling campaign and identifying opportunities for increasing retention rate.

How can you make a difference?

Under the general supervision of the Partnership Specialist, the consultants will lead in developing the improved 'line & circle' and roll-out with the retention team and call centre.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years' recent relevant job experiences in Marketing or CRM. Good data analyzing skill.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese skills, reading and writing. Good command of spoken English and working knowledge of written English.
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines, professionally managing competing priorities.
  • Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word, and experience of project management
