Job Summary

The purpose of Commercial solution delivery centre (SDC) is to partner with customer facing capabilities areas to deliver cutting edge IT services to enable sales & marketing organization across the globe to actively engage physicians via different sales channels, enhance interactions & increase sales revenues. Delivering the portfolio of projects and services needs people with hybrid skill sets of technical ability and knowledge of the Commercial processes. Commercial IT function has undergone significant transformation and have adopted Sales Force & SFDC platform along with iPad based mobile solutions to deliver business demands.   

The Commercial delivery network is truly global in scale with resources in Asia, US, UK, China, Brazil, Turkey and India.

The Veeva vault developer will be part of COE application development team based out of state of the art IT facility in Chennai. The  developer be responsible for doing technical assessment and involve in development and build of the change requests

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis, technical assessment
• Assist in effort estimation and solution/technical design for enhancements
• Advanced trouble shooting, break fix for issues spanning SFDC and related integrations
• Root Cause analysis and e2e resolution
• Proactive analysis, validation & working on product issues with SaaS providers such as SFDC/Veeva Vault Evaluating multiple resolution options and taking the best approach to suit AZ’s needs to ensure high availability and usability of supported applications

Essential Skills and experience

• Experience of working in Sales & Marketing Portfolio preferably in Life Sciences Industry.
• Technical hands on experience in
  • Veeva Vault configuration
  • Veeva Vault integration with sales force or any  other platforms
  • SFDC, Apex Data Loader
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving. 
• Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts
• Experience working in globally distributed team.
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Desirable Skills and experience

• SFDC configuration
• Knowledge on Veeva CRM
• Veeva Vault certification
