In Commercial IT, we are looking for a consultant who can work smart and manage the SFDC AM support in an ease manner by reducing the redundant work. The candidate should also be flexible in learning new technologies and work collaboratively with the team in Chennai/Guad.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Should be able to handle all technical/functional related issues for various applications that we support in the team.
• Should have sound knowledge on the KPI metrics and always challenge the team in case of any miss.
• Responsible for the incidents/tasks which are transferred to our queue and proactively guide the team member to make sure correct steps are followed.
• Responsible to validate the content for all the KBAs with the respective SMEs and follow up on the same in case of any pending actions like expiration renewal/KBA update/ author/CSM update.
• Responsible for creating problem tickets for repeated incidents or tasks.
• Responsible for creating the list of Continuous Improvements and assign it to the appropriate team member and get it completed within the mentioned time frame. The CI can be done through automation or without automation.
• Should work collaboratively with teams and available for the team to help/guide them in case of any P1/P2 or critical issues.

Essential Skills and experience

• Overall 5+ years of experience in SFDC, 2 + years in vault.
• Should have good knowledge on SFDC configuration and code. And integrations as well.
• Should have good knowledge on Vault.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Desirable Skills and experience

• Lean L0/PPS implementation or Continuous Improvement
• Good knowledge of snaplogic.
• Basics on Oracle SQL, .Net, Unix
