• Support in all project phases, from strategy planning to implementation
• Development of solutions of complex problems for our clients in aviation and other industries
• Development of innovative ideas for our product-portfolio
• Improvement of processes in alignment with the customer
• Translation of management documents (EN/CN)
• Close communication with our customers

• Successfully graduated study in the sector: industrial engineering / business / natural sciences / or comparable
• Relevant internships or work experiences, e.g. as a working student for a company
• Experiences in project work, e.g. in your studies, voluntary services or student initiatives
• High ability to communicate and work in teams
• Capability to think ahead
• Ability to work independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Advanced MS Office skills
• English fluently
