Job Description

Consultant

Cohesive Asset Performance currently has an opportunity for a Consultant to join our growing team responsible for the South East Asia region.  

The key responsibilities of the position are: -

  • Work with Bentley users/customers to design and implement complex enterprise-wide projects, includes guidance on server requirements and specifications
  • Ensure product installation and server configuration meet project requirements and document system configurations
  • Assist users/customers with product implementations
  • Assess and validate data migration scripts for users/customers data into a product platform
  • Work closely with users/customers to assist in resolving product and configuration issues
  • Ensure prompt response to users/customers and resolution of technical issues
  • Clearly and concisely communicate status updates and issue resolution to users/customers
  • Document product bugs and enhancement requests
  • Provide technical support services for users/customers regionally.
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of products
  • Provide users/customers training
  • Other tasks considered a plus:
  • Server installations
    Background and Profile for ‘Best fit’

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications required:

  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in various industry trends, best practices, and technologies such as Power Generation, Oil, and Gas, Refineries, and Infrastructure and Construction projects will be advantageous.
  • Understanding Asset Information Management and Building Information Modelling (BIM) will be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and establish the best approach using new tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document technical issues and solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn new products
  • Train technical and end-users on new products and processes
  • Technical writing experience (developer and user documentation)
  • Works well independently and effectively collaborate with and contribute to cross-functional teams
  • Successfully presents technical information
  • Other skills considered a plus:
    • Proficient in software installation, upgrading, integration and client/server operations
    • Working knowledge of MS SQL, C#, .NET, and SDK.
    • Familiarity with the latest Web-based technologies and scripting such as HTML5, JavaScript/JSON, PowerBI, etc. will be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Must be willing to travel regionally
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • A technical degree will be required
